THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PERFORMANCE OF EXPERT PROFESSIONAL PATH LOGISTICS PLANNING, CONSTRUCTABILITY REVIEW AND MANAGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY AGREEMENTS SERVICES (SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES) AS REQUESTED ON A “CALL-IN” BASIS DURING 2027 THROUGH 2030 (RFP# 6000003284) The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of expert professional PATH Logistics Planning, Constructability Review and Man- agement of Third-Party Agreements Services to be performed by Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) as requested on a “Call-In” basis during 2027 through 2030.
