NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF MOBILE HOME PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Bayonne Grand I, LLC will conduct a public auction sale of a mobile home, more specifically identified as an off white, 43x12 mobile home at the Bayonne Grand I, 190 West 24th Street, Lot A-50, Bayonne, NJ 07002. The sale will be conducted on the 13th day of April, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. This will be an open auction and the terms of the sale will require that: A. The successful bidder must deposit a minimum of 20% of the successful bid price in cash or certified check immediately with the balance to be paid no later than two (2) hours after the conclusion of the bidding by cash or certified check. The successful bidder must also pay any sales tax and/or any other fees which must be paid to the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles in order to secure a new title from that agency. B. The successful bidder must remove the mobile home from the premises of Bayonne Grand I within twenty four hours of the conclusion of bidding, or, in the alternative, if the successful bidder intends to have the mobile home remain in the mobile home park, the successful bidder must be pre-qualified as a tenant for residency in the mobile home park before the bidding. The park imposes an owner/occupied rule which means the owner of the mobile home must reside in it. Subletting is prohibited. C. The home will be sold "as is." Seller makes no representations regarding the condition of the home or any of its contents. D. In the event the successful bidder defaults in any of the terms and conditions the property will be immediately resold without further public advertisement.
