PUBLIC NOTICE THE SOUTHEAST MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded a contract without public bidding as a competitive contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.5(g). Resolution No. 41-26, adopted on April 16, 2026, authorized a contract for Laboratory Services for Water Testing for Potable and Non-Potable Water to be awarded to Eurofins Drinking Water & Wastewater LLC for a term of one year, with options to extend the term beyond the one year annually for not more than four one-year extensions, to a maximum of five (5) years, at an amount not to exceed $157,036.67 per year. The authorizing resolution and related contract are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Executive Director at 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927, during regular business hours.
