LEGAL NOTICE “SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CHATHAMS BOARD OF EDUCATION Notice of Award of Professional Services Contracts & Agreements At its meeting of April 27, 2026, the Board of Education authorized the awarding of contracts and agreements for professional services as listed below: • Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, Jacobs LLC with offices in Oakland, NJ, to provide legal services to the district for the 2026/2027 school year at an annual expense not to exceed $180,000.00 based on an hourly rate of $185.00 for partners and counsel, $175.00 for Associates and $100.00 for paralegal and law clerks for any services not covered by the $48,000.00 retainer fee. • PK O'Connor Davies, LLP with offices in Cranford, NJ, to provide auditing services to the district for the 2026/2027 school year. The contractual amount shall be at an annual expense not to exceed $67,650.00 for the work to be performed. • Parette Somjen Architects with offices in Rockaway, NJ, to provide architectural services to the district for the 2026/2027 school year. The contractual amount shall be at an annual expense not to exceed $50,000.00 based on a principal fee of $186.00 per hour for the work to be performed. • Citizens Bank to provide banking services to the district for the 2026/2027 school year. • Phoenix Advisors, LLC with offices in Bordentown, NJ as financial advisor to the district as needed for the 2026/2027 school year at an annual expense not to exceed $1,600.00. • McManimon, Scotland and Baumann, LLC with offices in Roseland, NJ, to provide specialized legal services necessary in conjunction with the capital program and as bond counsel to the district as needed for the 2026/2027 school year at an annual expense not to exceed $15,000.00. • Douglas M. Also, at this meeting, the Board of Education authorized award for contracts and agreements for EUS (Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services) for Arthur J.
