PUBLIC NOTICE OF AWARD OF BID TOWNSHIP OF GREEN PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Township Committee of the Township of Green, in the County of Sussex and the State of New Jersey, adopted a Resolution on February 17, 2026, awarding a bid to SectorSite Tower Assets, LLC, of Rockleigh, New Jersey. SectorSite is the apparent highest bidder for a wireless communications tower with an initial monthly rent of $3,651.00 per month, annual rent increases of the greater of 3% or the change in CPI, 35% colocation revenue share and a $30,000.00 one-time payment upon rent commencement. The resolution is on file in the Municipal Clerk's Office for review during normal business hours.
