Somerville Business Park Rail Freight Project-Phase 3 152 US Highway 206 Hillsborough, NJ 08844 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM, sealed bids will be opened and read by Somerville Business Park, LLC, 152 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 for the Somerville Business Park Rail Freight Project-Phase 3, funded by a grant through the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the following described work: Trackwork planned for Phase 3 of the project includes a crossover installed and constructed using 136# continuous welded rail on wood ties; installation of a concrete grade panel crossing; extension of four storage spurs on the northern tracks of the property; the replacement of wood ties over an approximate 200 ft. of track; and the construction and installation of a drainage ditch parallel to that track. All work aims to increase fluidity and efficiency within the business park. All qualified bidders wishing to obtain a bid package, please call Carol Dalessandro at 973-865-2933. Bids should be hand delivered in sealed envelopes to the site office at 152 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 starting at 11:00 AM prior to the Bid Opening on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, which will start at 1:00 PM.
