REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROJECT: Overhead Crane Preventative Maintenance Services & Testing PROJECT #: VV622 LOCATION: Various National Guard Facilities, Statewide OWNER: NEW JERSEY, DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS EST. COST: <$60,000 (Allotment per year) Sealed proposals will be received in the New Jersey Department of Military Affairs (NJDMA), Business Management Bureau, Contract Administration Office by e-mail only until 2:00 PM on May 27, 2026. No proposal will be accepted thereafter. Please email Bid Proposals no larger than 15MB in PDF format to Bids@DMA.nj.gov by 2:00 PM on May 27, 2026. Please indicate the Project Number in the Subject Line of the email. Once your proposal has been received via email you will receive an email confirming your bid submission. DMA is soliciting bid proposals for the following prime contract. Preventative Maintenance Services and Annual testing for Overhead Cranes at Various DMA Facilities. Bidders qualifications must comply with applicable regulations including OSHA (20 CFR Part 1910) and/or ASME (B30) / ANSI and/or Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA Specification 78) and/or Crane Inspector certifications by NCCCO (National Commission for Certification of Crane Operators). Bidders shall submit, with their bid, documentation attesting to the qualifications of personnel to be engaged in the inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, and certification of cranes and associated equipment under this contract. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bidder. Bidders are required to submit a copy of proof of registration with the NJSTART program. Information regarding NJSTART may be obtained at the following web site: WWW.NJSTART.GOV Contract Documents may be obtained by emailing Deborah Soto (Deborah.Soto@DMA.nj.gov) Business Management Bureau's Office. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 Affirmative Action Program, and P.L. 1945, C.169 Law Against Discrimination.
