PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Lincoln Park Airport, Inc. Lincoln Park Airport (N07) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Lincoln Park Airport, Inc. will receive proposals for Contract 2026-01 until 2:00 PM on April 28, 2026. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM the same day on April 28, 2026 at the Lincoln Park Airport (N07), 425 Beaverbrook Road, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035. Contract 2026-01 includes: Remove Obstruction from the Primary Surface (Hangar). A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on April 16, 2026; 11:00 AM at Lincoln Park Airport (N07), 425 Beaverbrook Road, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035. The drawings, specifications and other contract documents are on file and open to the public for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the OWNER, Lincoln Park Airport, Inc. , 425 Beaverbrook Road, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035. The prospective Bidder is encouraged to contact Tom Van Wingerden for review of documents at 973.628.7166 for information on where the documents are located within their office and any special procedures for accessing the documents. These documents are also available for review at the office of the ENGINEER, GFT Infrastructure, Inc., 615 West Highland Avenue Ebensburg, PA 15931, Telephone: 814.419.7893. Contract documents, proposal forms and drawings may be obtained from the ENGINEER, for Free (Electronic). All inquiries should be directed to the Project Coordinator, Hunter D. McDermot, EIT at 814.419.7893 or via email at hdmcdermot@gftinc.com. Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. The Lincoln Park Airport, Inc. expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents. Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under this contract. All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual. CONTRACTOR and all Subcontractors must comply with all applicable provisions of the New Jersey Public Works CONTRACTOR Registration Act N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 and the New Jersey Prevailing wage Act N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25. CONTRACTOR is required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2(f) to submit a certificate of business registration with the bid proposal. Failure to provide the required certificate of registration with the bid documents shall render the bid defective. This is a non-waivable defect. The CONTRACTOR shall provide written notice to its subcontractors of the responsibility to submit proof of business registration to the CONTRACTOR. 4/7, 4/8, 4/9, 4/10/26 $501.96
