PUBLIC NOTICE The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) Request For Proposals for Lawn Care Maintenance Services The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) invites sealed bids for Lawn Care Maintenance Services. This service contract is for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with a one-year extension option to March 31, 2028. Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Property Management Office of the Millville Housing Authority, 1153 Holly Berry Lane, Millville, New Jersey 08332, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Millville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the qualifications. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of qualifications without the consent of the Millville Housing Authority. This contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 including HUD/MHA Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Opportunity goals.
