Newark Housing Authority seeks bids for boiler maintenance and repair services.

IFB NO. 26-S-007 Furnish Labor & Materials for  Maintenance Repair of Boilers    The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide boiler maintenance and repair services. The NHA owns, operates and maintains approximately 7,500 units of public housing for low-income tenants consisting of high-rise family and elderly complexes as well as low rise and townhouse projects. Approximately 6,500 units of this housing stock is occupied with the remaining vacant units scheduled for either renovation, major rehabilitation, or demolition/replacement of suitable new units. The NHA has thirty-seven (37) housing projects. Twelve (12) of these are designated as elderly housing, eight (8) are low rise sites, and eleven (17) are townhouse complexes. This IFB aims to identify one or more qualified contractors who can deliver exceptional service while maximizing operational efficiency and property value. All questions about this solicitation must be submitted by Wednesday, May 5, 2026, at 3:00 pm EDT through BidNet using the question submission function specific to this solicitation.
