REQUEST FOR QUALIFIED TRADES VENDORS New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured trades contractors to be included in a vendor registry for maintenance, repair, and improvement services at properties owned, operated, or managed by NJCDC, primarily in Paterson, New Jersey. Qualified vendors will be placed on an Approved Vendor List and may be contacted to provide quotes or proposals on an as-needed basis. Inclusion does not guarantee the award of contracts. NJCDC encourages applications from local, small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses. SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: general contracting; electrical; plumbing; HVAC; carpentry; roofing; masonry; painting; flooring; window and door installation; landscaping; snow removal; pest control; janitorial services; fire alarm and safety systems; security systems; and appliance repair. NJCDC reserves the right to modify service categories. VENDOR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Vendors must possess a valid New Jersey Business Registration, applicable licenses, and insurance; comply with all applicable laws; demonstrate relevant experience; and provide references. Additional requirements may apply for residential housing work.
