Pompton Lakes Board of Education requests proposals for behavior analysis services for 2026-2027.

POMPTON LAKES SCHOOL DISTRICT
PUBLIC NOTICE
 
In accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44A-20.4 et seq., the Pompton Lakes Board of Education is requesting proposals from behavior analysis providers in the State of New Jersey that wish to provide behavior analysis services to the Pompton Lakes Public School District as directed by the Board for the 2026- 2027 school year.
 
Under Title 18A-18A-5(a)(1) professional services are not required to be bid or advertised and the Board is not required to award on the basis of lowest price and will award based on criteria as outlined in this request for proposals (RFP). The requests are being made to ensure the District receives the highest quality service at a fair and competitive price.
 
A copy of the Request For Proposal may be inspected or picked up at the Board Office, 237 Van Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. An electronic copy of the Request for Proposal and further information may be obtained by calling Angela Spasevski, School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary, (973) 835-7100 or emailing aspasevski@plps.org. Proposals are due in the Board Office by 11:00 am, Thursday, May 14, 2026. No exceptions will be made for late proposals.
 
All responses to this Request for Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and either mailed or hand delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary of Pompton Lakes Board of Education, 237 Van Avenue, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442 on or before the date and time indicated below. The envelope is to bear the following information:

Submittals received after the RFP due date and deadline time will be returned unopened.
 
At this time, the Board of Education does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of RFPs.
 
All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
 
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A- 2(s), (t), (x), (y), N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
