TRENTON, N.J. 08638 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR GENERAL COUNSEL RFP # PH04TH0326 Proposals are invited for the performance of Legal Services for General Counsel, RFP# PH04TH0326. An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, March 30, 2026 from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each package. Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage; also available on the Housing Authority's website at www.tha-nj.org in PDF, free of charge. For further information you may contact Mr. Kenneth E. Martin, QPA, Manager of Procurement and Contracts, Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638 during normal business hours by calling (609) 278-5024.
