PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that bid proposals will be received from Bidders classified under N.J.S.A. 27:7-35.2 via the Internet until 10:00 A.M. on 4/16/26, downloaded, and publicly opened and read, in the CONFERENCE ROOM-A, 1st Floor F & A Building, New Jersey Department of Transportation, 1035 Parkway Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08625; for:  Maintenance Job Order Contracting (JOC) Infrastructure Repairs, South  2026, Various Locations Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties   100% State Funded  DP No: 26453  Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, contractor must submit the Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue Business Registration of the contractor and any named subcontractors prior to contract award or authorization.  Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.51, contractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Wage and Hour Compliance at the time of bid.
