DOB: 05/09/2009 26JA000011-120 minor child Mother: Elizabeth Enefia Rawls To: the mother, Elizabeth Enefia Rawls, and the father, Tajh Khiry Dixon, of the minor child A.J.R. (DOB: 05/09/2009). TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Petition alleging Abuse, Neglect or Dependency You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than 40 days after the first date of publication, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking relief against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
