NOTICE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY DOCKET NO: FM-12-001044-24 STATE OF NEW JERSEY To: Vijaykumar B. Patel. You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff a general appearance or an answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which Unnatiben V. Patel is the Plaintiff and Mr. Vijaykumar B. Patel is the Defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after this notice dated, exclusive of such date. If you will fail to do so, judgment by default, may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. you shall file your general appearance of your answer and proof of service, together with the $175.00 filing fee, payable to the Clerk of Superior Court of New Jersey at 120 New Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08903.
