YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 6 Campus Drive, Suite 304, Parsippany, NJ 07054, telephone number (973) 538-4700, an Answer to the Complaint and Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and VINCENT NELSON, et al. , are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Ocean County and bearing Docket No. F-10333-25 within thirty-five (35) days after 04/25/2026, or if published after 04/25/2026, thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
 
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated 02/22/2013 made by VINCENT NELSON AND HEATHER NELSON as mortgagors to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ATLANTIC PACIFIC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS recorded on 03/08/2013, in Book 15466 of Mortgages for Ocean County, Page 1177, et seq., which said mortgage was duly assigned to the Plaintiff named above, who is the present holder of said Mortgage. The said Mortgage was assigned by Assignment of Mortgage from MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ATLANTIC PACIFIC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, to ATLANTIC PACIFIC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, by Assignment dated November 2, 2016 and recorded on November 21, 2016 in the Office of the OCEAN County Clerk/Register in Assignment Book 16576, page 1558, et seq. Said Mortgage was further assigned by ATLANTIC PACIFIC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, to LOANCARE, LLC by Assignment dated March 18, 2020 and recorded on April 23, 2020 in the Office of the OCEAN County Clerk/Register in Assignment Book 17864, page 1374, et seq. Said Mortgage was further assigned by LOANCARE, LLC, to SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC., by Assignment dated March 5, 2025 and recorded on March 20, 2025 in the Office of the OCEAN County Clerk/Register in Assignment Book 19958, page 987, et seq. Said Mortgage was further assigned by SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. to U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff herein, by Assignment dated July 17, 2025 and recorded on July 28, 2025 in the Office of the OCEAN County Clerk/Register in Assignment Book 20083, page 1836, et seq. and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 336 MADISON AVENUE, BERKELEY, NJ 08721 WITH A MAILING ADDRESS OF 336 MADISON AVENUE, BAYVILLE, NJ 08721, Block 512, Lot 1, 2, AND 3.
