You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and JOHNNIE D. CENTRELLA, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, OCEAN County and bearing Docket No.: F-011485-24, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, amended complaint, amendments(s), and order(s), if any. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

CENTRELLA AND HIS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are hereby named party defendants to this foreclosure action as a precaution for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises in the event that there are any unknown heirs not disclosed by our surrogate search through the Ocean County Surrogate's Office on JOHNNIE D. CENTRELLA, in the event he is deceased.
 
You, JOHNNIE D. CENTRELLA, are hereby named a party defendant to this foreclosure action by virtue of your execution of the following mortgage:
 
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated DECEMBER 5, 2005 made by JOHNNIE D. CENTRELLA, as Mortgagor(s), to WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION recorded on DECEMBER 29, 2005, in Mortgage Book 12981, Page 0843 in OCEAN County; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. S/B/M WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and (2) to recover possession of the mortgaged premises commonly known as 84 LONDON ROAD, BRICK, NJ 08723. Said property address being Lot 22, 23, 24.01 and Block 625.
