STATE OF NEW JERSEY to: Rosemond Mathurin a/k/a Roseman Mathurin, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right title and interest You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Hill Wallack LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 21 Roszel Road, CN 5226, Princeton, New Jersey 08543-5226, an answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is Plaintiff and Rosemond Mathurin a/k/a Roseman Mathurin, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right title and interest; State of New Jersey; United States of America; Natasha Jean a/k/a Natacha Jean; Bryant Mathurin; Daphney Saint Phard; Medallion Financial Corp.; Palisades Collection LLC; and Midland Funding LLC are Defendants pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, within thirty-five (35) days after April 26, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. The action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage dated May 20, 2008, made by Rosemond Mathurin and Marie Alice St. Phard, as mortgagors, to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., of which Plaintiff is the current holder. Said mortgage was recorded in the Essex County Register's Office on July 22, 2008, in Mortgage Book 12148 at Page 6279, and concerns premises commonly known as 66 Fairmount Terrace, East Orange, NJ 07018 a/k/a Block 454, Lot 17 on the Tax Map of the City of East Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, and to recover possession of said lands and premises. You, Rosemond Mathurin a/k/a Roseman Mathurin, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right title and interest, is made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are an heir of the mortgagor/owner of the above premises and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose the mortgage, foreclose out your interest in the subject premises and acquire possession of the property and to preserve the Plaintiff's right to a deficiency.
