NOTICE TO ABSENT DEFENDANTS STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO: DHAVAL AMIN AND PRIYA AMIN OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Mezzacca & Kwasnik, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 980 AMBOY AVENUE, SUITE 2, EDISON, NEW JERSEY 08837, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which MILLPONDS AT MARLBORO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC is Plaintiff and DHAVAL AMIN AND PRIYA AMIN OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, MONMOUTH County and bearing Docket No.: F-011832-25, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service.
