("MERS") as nominee for Funding Door LLC, which mortgage was recorded on November 23, 2022 in Essex County as Instrument Number 2022102250. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 175 Oakwood Place, Orange, NJ 07050, and also known as Lot 30 in Block 3304.
