This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated 1/5/2011, made by KEVIN R BRENNAN AND NICOLINA BRENNAN , as mortgagors, to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.., in the sum of $199,770.00 recorded on 1/21/2011 in Book 14803, of mortgages for OCEAN County, page 1286, and subsequently assigned to plaintiff, and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 229 ALDO DR., TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY 08753 Lot 18,19,20 Block 297.11 . BRENNAN, are made a defendant because you are the heirs of KEVIN BRENNAN, the original obligor, mortgagor and record owner of the mortgaged premises, who passed away, and because you may have an ownership interest in the mortgaged premises and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in to or against the mortgaged premises. YOU MR./MRS. BRENNAN SPOUSE OF EMILY A. BRENNAN AKA EMILY BRENNAN, are made a defendant for courtesy/dower or other interest in said premises because EMILY A. BRENNAN AKA EMILY BRENNAN is the heir of KEVIN R BRENNAN, the original obligor, mortgagor and record owner of the mortgaged premises, who passed away, and because you may have an ownership interest in the mortgaged premises and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in to or against the mortgaged premises.
