You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and JOHN LIGNOS, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, PASSAIC County and bearing Docket No.: F-001288-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, amended complaint, amendments(s), and order(s), if any. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
 
You, JOHN LIGNOS, are hereby joined as a party defendant to the action based on your execution of the following mortgage:
 
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated NOVEMBER 30, 2009 made by JOHN LIGNOS and SOFIA LIGNOS WHO ACQUIRED TITLE AS SOPHIA LIGNOS, as Mortgagor(s), to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. recorded on FEBRUARY 1, 2010, in Mortgage Book M10811, Page 220 in PASSAIC County; and (2) to recover possession of the mortgaged premises commonly known as 381 COLFAX ROAD, WAYNE, NJ 07470. Said property address being Lot 57 and Block 3516.
