The certificates being foreclosed in this action are listed as follows and recorded with the CAMDEN County Clerk/Register: 22-00376, recorded on December 6, 2022 in Mortgage Book 12245 at Page 1051; The record owner of the property is LEONARD JOHNSON, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives. The property is located at Pump Branch Road in the Township of Winslow in the County of CAMDEN and State of New Jersey and is described on the tax map of said municipality as Block 4801, Lot 3.03. DEMAND A SHERIFF'S SALE. At any time prior to the entry of a final judgment of foreclosure, the Owner of the property, or his or her heirs, shall have the right to demand, in writing to the Superior Court, that the property be sold by a judicial sale as in the manner of a mortgage or an Internet action of the property through the office of the country sheriff to preserve any equity that may be in the property. If the property goes to sheriff's sale, the sheriff will hold a public auction sale and the property will be sold to the highest bidder.
