BE IT KNOWN A 1998 MAX  37' Fiberglass vessel with Hull ID USDA42YCB898, has been abandoned at J & E MARINE REPAIR, INC., 888 Bay Way, Lanoka Harbor, NJ.  If this vessel is not claimed and removed from its current location within 30 days of this publication, we will apply for the title in accordance with the provisions of the Abandoned Vessel Dispositions Law NJSA 12:7C-7 et seq.
