NOTICE TO PROPOSERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Library Buyer for the Ocean County Library, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on April 7, 2026 @ 1:00 P.M. prevailing time at 101 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753 at which time and place RFPs will be opened and read in public for: RFP – HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND LICENSING Specifications and other RFP information may be obtained at the Department of Purchasing, 101 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753 and may be obtained upon request. Direct all inquiries to Veronica Dingle, Buyer at vdingle@theoceancountylibrary.org or Corinne Baniowski, Buyer at cbaniowski@theoceancountylibrary.org. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the proposer and “RFP- Hardware and Software Support and Licensing” on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Department, at the address above. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) regarding equal employment opportunities and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C.33 regarding corporate and/or partnership ownership.
