General Contracting Services

FEDERAL FUNDING: This project will be funded in whole or in part by the Federal Government. Therefore, Bidders must comply with all applicable federal,state, and local laws, regulations, and funding requirements set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Economic Development Initiative? Community Project Funding (EDI?CPF) program. Bidders are advised to refer to the Federal Regulations of these specifications for more information. Bidders shall submit, with the provided Bid Form: Project Schedule, Relevant Firm Work Experience, Disclosures regarding pending (and active) litigation/arbitration (past 5 years), Leadership Staffing (including experience) and Company References. In addition to the fee proposal, submissions will be evaluated based on a range of qualifications including project experience, team expertise, approach, capacity and schedule, familiarity with the local construction market, and other relevant factors demonstrating the firm's capability to successfully deliver the project. Bids must be made on the forms provided, properly executed, and delivered in accordance with this notice. YMCA of the Jersey Shore announces that General Contracting services are required for a project entitled the Freehold Family YMCA Revitalization Project located at the Freehold Family YMCA. The firm selected will be responsible for improvements of the project at 470 E. Freehold Road, Freehold NJ 07702.  The improvements include: upgrades to the lobby and entrance areas, fitness center, and exterior finishes.
