RASH YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 130 Clinton Road, Suite 202 , Fairfield, NJ 07004, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which BRIGHTHOUSE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. is the plaintiff and COURTNEY L. RASH; MR. RASH, SPOUSE OF COURTNEY L. RASH are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, MONMOUTH County and bearing Docket No. F-001110-26 within thirty-five (35) days after the date of this notice exclusive of such date. AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONS LENDING CORPORATION A CORPORATION and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 1001 2ND AVENUE CONDO 112, ASBURY PARK, New Jersey 07712 and known as LOT C0112 BLOCK 3 on the tax map of MONMOUTH. Said mortgage was recorded May 7, 2021 in Mortgage Book 9509 at Page 2770 in the records of MONMOUTH County. Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, BRIGHTHOUSE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. YOU, COURTNEY L. RASH, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you executed Plaintiff's obligation and mortgage and may be liable for any deficiency, and are a record owner of the subject property and for any right, title and interest you may have in, to or against the subject property.
