YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which Saluda Grade Alternative Mortgage Trust 2024-RTL6 is Plaintiff and 169 Chelsea LLC is defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. Said mortgage was recorded November 17, 2023 in book 9668, page 1585 in the amount of $1,128,375.00.
YOU, 169 Chelsea LLC, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
