TATTER III; MARSHA A. TATTER; MRS. TATTER, SPOUSE OF MARSHA A. TATTER YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 130 Clinton Road, Suite 202 , Fairfield, NJ 07004, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC.. is the plaintiff and JOHN F. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated June 10, 2008, made by JOHN F. TATTER III; MARSHA A. TATTER, as mortgagor(s) to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS MORTGAGEE AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB. and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 20 BRITTANY DR, BAYVILLE, New Jersey 08721 and known as LOT 9 BLOCK 956.05 on the tax map of OCEAN. Said mortgage was recorded June 17, 2008 in Mortgage Book 14041 at Page 1107 in the records of OCEAN County. Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC.. YOU, JOHN F. TATTER III, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you executed Plaintiff's obligation and mortgage and may be liable for any deficiency, and are a record owner of the subject property and for any right, title and interest you may have in, to or against the subject property. YOU, MRS. TATTER, SPOUSE OF JOHN F. TATTER III, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action as the spouse of JOHN F. TATTER III for any interest he/she may have in the property, including his/her marital and/or possessory interests. Plaintiff's mortgage is a purchase money mortgage and the interest of MRS. TATTER, SPOUSE OF JOHN F. TATTER III is subordinate to plaintiff's mortgage. YOU, MARSHA A.
