AS NOMINEE FOR SUPERIOR MORTGAGE CORP. and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 477 ADMIRAL RD, FORKED RIVER, New Jersey 08731 and known as LOT 3 BLOCK 226.02 on the tax map of OCEAN. Said mortgage was recorded January 19, 2010 in Mortgage Book 14510 at Page 0729 in the records of OCEAN County. Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION.
