   YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon Pluese, Becker, Saltzman & Thomas, LLC, whose address is 20000 Horizon Way, Suite 900, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, An Answer to the Complaint, filed in a civil action in which GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GITSIT Mortgage Loan Trust BBPLC1, is Plaintiff and Mary Jane S. Carrigg, Heir and as Executrix of the Estate of Carol J. Stephens, et al, are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County, bearing Docket No. F-014022-25, within thirty-five days (35) after February 22, 2026 exclusive of such date, or if published after February 22, 2026, (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. A filing fee payable to the Treasurer, State of New Jersey and a completed Case Information Statement (available from the deputy clerk of the Superior Court) must accompany your answer when it is filed.
 
   This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing the mortgage dated May 11, 2009, and made by Superior Home Mortgage Corp., to Carol J. Stephens and William J. Stephens recorded in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office, on June 1, 2009, Book OR-8776, at Page 4145; to recover possession of and concerning real estate located at 717 Howell Drive, Brielle, NJ 08730, and being also known as Lot 20, and Block 66.02 on the tax map of the Borough of Brielle, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey.
 
   By written Assignment dated May 11, 2009, Superior Home Mortgage Corp. assigned its Mortgage to Generation Mortgage Company, which was recorded on June 1, 2009 in Book OR-8776 at Page 4155.
 
   By written Assignment dated December 1, 2013, Generation Mortgage Company assigned its Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company which was recorded on January 6, 2014 in Book OR-9050 Page 9527.
 
   By corrective written Assignment dated October 21, 2016, Generation Mortgage Company assigned its Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company which was recorded on November 22, 2016 in Book OR-9199 Page 3124. This assignment is to correct the Mortgage recording date.
 
   By written Assignment dated February 13, 2018, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company assigned its Mortgage to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development which was recorded on February 20, 2018 in Book OR-9274 Page 9568.
 
   By written Assignment dated January 10, 2025, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development assigned its Mortgage to Headlands Foundation which was recorded on February 13, 2025 in Book OR-9725 Page 8207.
 
   By written Assignment dated January 10, 2025, Headlands Foundation assigned its Mortgage to Headlands Asset Management Fund III, LP, Series P which was recorded on February 13, 2025 in Book OR-9725 Page 8212.
 
   By written Assignment dated January 21, 2025, Headlands Asset Management Fund III, LP, Series P assigned its Mortgage to Headlands Residential Series Owner Trust, Series H which was recorded on February 13, 2025 in Book OR-9725 Page 8245.
 
   By written Assignment dated January 21, 2025, Headlands Residential Series Owner Trust, Series H assigned its Mortgage to GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GITSIT Mortgage Loan Trust BBPLC1 which was recorded on February 13, 2025 in Book OR-9725 Page 8264.
 
   The said Note and Mortgage contained a provision that the death of the mortgagor Carol J. Stephens is an event of default, and that the unpaid balance of the principal sum of indebtedness, together with the interest thereon, shall become due and payable at the election of the holder thereof. The mortgagor died October 10, 2018, and the said plaintiff has declared the balance of the principal sum of indebtedness, together with interest thereof, to be due and payable by reason of the default, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said Note and Mortgage.
 
   You, FRED SIGRIST, HEIR , are made a party defendant to this action because you are the cousin and known heir of Estate of Carol J. Stephens. , the Mortgagor and owner of the property being foreclosed, as you may have an ownership interest in said premises, or for any other right, title or interest.
