NOTICE TO ABSENT DEFENDANTS SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY MONMOUTH COUNTY Docket No. F-014022-25 STATE OF NEW JERSEY, to: FRED SIGRIST, HEIR YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon Pluese, Becker, Saltzman & Thomas, LLC, whose address is 20000 Horizon Way, Suite 900, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, An Answer to the Complaint, filed in a civil action in which GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GITSIT Mortgage Loan Trust BBPLC1, is Plaintiff and Mary Jane S. Carrigg, Heir and as Executrix of the Estate of Carol J. Stephens, et al, are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County, bearing Docket No. F-014022-25, within thirty-five days (35) after February 22, 2026 exclusive of such date, or if published after February 22, 2026, (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. Stephens recorded in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office, on June 1, 2009, Book OR-8776, at Page 4145; to recover possession of and concerning real estate located at 717 Howell Drive, Brielle, NJ 08730, and being also known as Lot 20, and Block 66.02 on the tax map of the Borough of Brielle, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey. By written Assignment dated May 11, 2009, Superior Home Mortgage Corp. assigned its Mortgage to Generation Mortgage Company, which was recorded on June 1, 2009 in Book OR-8776 at Page 4155. By written Assignment dated December 1, 2013, Generation Mortgage Company assigned its Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company which was recorded on January 6, 2014 in Book OR-9050 Page 9527. By corrective written Assignment dated October 21, 2016, Generation Mortgage Company assigned its Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company which was recorded on November 22, 2016 in Book OR-9199 Page 3124. This assignment is to correct the Mortgage recording date. The mortgagor died October 10, 2018, and the said plaintiff has declared the balance of the principal sum of indebtedness, together with interest thereof, to be due and payable by reason of the default, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said Note and Mortgage.
