NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE 
The following ordinance was introduced and approved upon first reading at the February 17, 2026 meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Sea Bright. Second Reading and a Public Hearing will be held March 17, 2026, at the Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Council at 7:00 pm in the Mayor Dina Long Community Room, 1097 Ocean Avenue, 3rd Floor, Sea Bright, NJ. For instructions to attend the meeting remotely, please visit the Borough website: www.seabrightnj.org. Copies of the Ordinance are available to the public at no cost in the Office of the Municipal Clerk during the hours of 9 am – 4pm.
 
As required by law, beginning January 1, 2026 all legal and public notices will be posted in full on the Borough's website at www.seabrightnj.org.
