ORD-1787-26 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HAZLET IN THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH REZONING BLOCK 192 LOT 4.02 TO THE AH-4 AFFORDABLE HOUSING 4 ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO THE MEDIATION AGREEMENT BEFORE THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM The ordinance #1787-26 read by title upon first reading herewith has been introduced at the meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Hazlet, held on February 10, 2026. In summary an ordinance of the Township of Hazlet, County of Monmouth rezoning Block 192 Lot 4.02 to the AH-4 Affordable Housing 4 Zoning District pursuant to the Mediation Agreement before the Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program. The public hearing where further consideration will be made will be held on March 10, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 1766 Union Avenue, Hazlet, NJ. A full complete copy of this ordinance shall be provided, free of charge prior to adoption, to all those who request said copy at the Township Clerk's office during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or emailed upon request.
