NOTICE OF HEARING BOROUGH OF LITTLE SILVER PLANNING BOARD IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF GATED INVESTMENTS TAKE NOTICE that on March 3, 2026 at 7 P.M. at Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey, a Special Planning Board meeting will be conducted by the Planning Board of the Borough of Little Silver on the application of Gated Investments in connection with the application to permit the applicant to demolish the existing residential structure and remove the existing on-site pavement areas for the construction of thirteen (13) townhomes, which includes three (3) affordable units, associated parking, and landscaping on the property at 1 Sycamore Avenue, Block 54, Lots 37, 38, 42 and 43 within the TH-2 Residential Zone District on the Tax Map of the Borough of Little Silver, New Jersey. The following variances are requested: (1) The applicant requires a variance for no street trees being planted. This variance is required because the County will not allow the planting of street trees due to sight issues. The Applicant further seeks any and all variances or waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate.
