LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF BARNEGAT ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by Gerard and Marilyn Dooley (the “Applicants”) to the Barnegat Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for bulk variance relief for the property located at 104 Clifton Road, Barnegat, New Jersey, designated as Block 199, Lot 65 on the official tax map of the Township of Barnegat, and located in the R-6 Residential Zone. A public hearing on this application has been scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom of the Barnegat Township Municipal Building, 900 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, New Jersey 08005. The subject property is developed with a single-family dwelling and associated decks, hot tub, rinse station, outdoor kitchen and paver improvements.
