LEGAL NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF OWNER/APPLICANT (LOT 8): 1312 3RD AVENUE HLDGS-FAHERTY, LLC 1310-1312 THIRD AVENUE BLOCK 80 LOT 8 SPRING LAKE, NEW JERSEY APPLICANT (LOT 10): 1308 ASSOCIATES, LLC 1308 THIRD AVENUE BLOCK 80 LOT 10 SPRING LAKE, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant, 1312 3rd Avenue Hldgs-Faherty, LLC, has applied to the Spring Lake Borough Planning Board for Preliminary & Final Site Plan approval with variances to allow them to use the old bank building as a new restaurant/café with outdoor seating along with the sale of associated food items in the new restaurant/café . Variances are needed for Impervious Coverage, Parking, and Side Yard Setback. Variances will also be requested for the Sign “A” located in the rear of the building (hand painted), Lettering Height, and Maximum Fonts. Sign “D” which is on the front of building on Third Avenue, and will require a variance for Maximum Fonts (hand painted). The applicant will therefore request the following variances in violation of Section 43-12D et al. as set forth below. Variance #1 – Side Yard Setback – 4.88 feet proposed, whereas 10 feet is required; Variance #2 – Max.
