Take notice that an application for a flood hazard area verification under Method 3 and Method 6 has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: GS Middletown Labs, LLC. PROJECT NAME: FHA Verification. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Verification of the riparian zones, floodways, and flood hazard area associated with on-site regulated waters utilizing NJDEP Method 3 (FEMA Fluvial Method) and NJDEP Method 6 (Calculation Method). PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: 200 S Laurel Avenue BLOCK 795 LOT 5.01. MUNICIPALITY: Township of Middletown. COUNTY: Monmouth. The complete permit application package can be reviewed at either the municipal clerk's office in the municipality in which the site subject to the application is located, or by appointment at the Department's Trenton Office. The Department of Environmental Protection welcomes comments and any information that you may provide concerning the proposed development and site.
