NOTICE OF HEARING BOROUGH OF EATONTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS Applicant: Diogo Ferreira Block: 1005 Lot: 3&4 Zone: R-10 36 Lafetra Avenue Eatontown, NJ 07724 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Borough of Eatontown will hold a public meeting on the 9th day of March 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724, to consider the application of the property known as Block: 1005, Lot: 3&4, on the Tax Map of the Borough of Eatontown, more commonly known as 36 Lafetra Avenue, Eatontown, NJ 07724. The purpose of this application is to obtain post construction approval of a second floor expansion and basement walk out stairs, to expand two (2) bedrooms (create a full second floor). This is an expansion of a non-conforming building. The following variance relief is required: 1. Minimum lot area, 7,279 sq. ft. existing, whereas 10,000 sq. ft. is required (pre-existing). 2. Minimum lot width, 50 ft. existing, whereas 75 ft. is required (pre-existing). 3. Minimum principal front yard, 29 ft. 11 in. (Lafetra) and 14 ft. 11 in. (Byrnes), whereas 30 ft. is required (pre-existing). 4. Expansion of a non-conforming building.
