NOTICE OF DETERMINATION PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10
TOWNSHIP OF PLUMSTED, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
AS TO BLOCK 27, LOTS 20 & 22 a/k/a: 74-78 MAPLE AVENUE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Land Use Board of the Township of Plumsted did, on February 5, 2026, formally adopt a resolution, memorializing the actions of the Board taken at its public meeting held on January 15, 2026, granting preliminary and final major subdivision approval for 111 lots, including 101 attached single-family lots, with those remining 10 lots being dedicated to recreation, open space, and stormwater management basins in accordance with the Redevelopment Agreement entered into with the Township of Plumsted and preliminary site plan approval for the proposed development of 101 attached single-family townhomes with open space, recreation, and stormwater management basins in accordance with the same Redevelopment Agreement dated November 5, 2025. These approvals were granted for Block 27, Lots 20 & 22 as identified on the Tax Map of the Township of Plumsted, more commonly known as 74-78 Maple Avenue. The Resolution Number assigned by the Land Use Board is Resolution #2026-02. Said approval was predicted upon certain plans and other exhibits and evidence received by the Board.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the resolution and minutes of the meetings of the Board, as well as the plans and exhibits in evidence, are on file and available for inspection at the Office of the Land Use Board of the Township of Plumsted at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, New Jersey during normal business hours.
