BOROUGH OF BELMAR NOTICE OF DECISION PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 9, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Belmar, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, adopted a Resolution granting approval to the Applicant, 810 12TH AVENUE, LLC on property known as BLOCK 117, LOT 14 on the tax map of the Borough of Belmar for Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval for the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of three (3) attached townhome dwelling units and related site improvements with bulk variance. Each dwelling unit is also proposed to include a two (2) car garage at ground level. A copy of the Resolution has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning Board, Borough of Belmar, New Jersey and is available for inspection during regular business hours. MARK R.
