PB 25-026 FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT BLOCK 404, LOT 68, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 954 LAKEWOOD ROAD, TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY.   PRELIMINARY AND FINAL MAJOR SITE PLAN WITH A "C" VARIANCE WAS GRANTED TO THE APPLICANT TO CONSTRUCT A 16,221 S.F. OFFICE BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS.
