NOTICE OF DECISION
 
Please take notice that on the 22nd day of January 2026 the Township of Toms River Board of Adjustment adopted a Resolution denying the application of Mary Jo Puma, Use (D1) Variance, Bulk Variance & Minor Site Plan, Appeal #13947, property location of 960 Fischer Blvd, Block 1501.13, Lot 6 to construct a one story unit residential addition to the existing one-story building with associated site improvements. The Resolution denying the application along with all plans and related documents are on file in the Township of Toms River Board of Adjustment Office and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
