EVESHAM MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT The Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority intends to participate in the OMNIA Partners contract for HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Contract #16154 to provide maintenance, repair, operating supplies, industrial supplies, and related products and services. Information regarding the contract is available at the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority during regular business hours, as well as on the OMNIA Partners website at: HD Supply | OMNIA Partners | Contract Documents The Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority anticipates joining the OMNIA Partners contract on March 5, 2026. The OMNIA Partners original contract term was February 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021 and was renewed through December 31, 2026. It is the intent of the Operations Manager to make a contract award to HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to OMNIA Partners contract Workplace Solutions, Contract #16154 to provide maintenance, repair, operating supplies, industrial supplies, and related products and services. The Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
