NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded the following contracts without competitive bidding, pursuant to a fair and open process, as professional services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). The contracts and the respective resolutions authorizing same are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The following professional service contracts have been awarded, each commencing February 13, 2026, for a period of one (1) year, with compensation in accordance with the fee schedule agreed upon: • Raymond, Coleman, Heinhold, LLP – Solicitor • The Garty Law Firm – Special Counsel • Parker McCay, P.A. – Bond Counsel • Lenox Law Firm – Labor Counsel • Alaimo Group – Consulting Engineer • Environmental Resolutions, Inc. – Consulting Engineer • CME Associates – Consulting Engineer • T.C.
