NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was duly introduced and passed upon first reading at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington, New Jersey held on February 11, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage and adoption, after public hearing thereon, at a regular meeting of said Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington, New Jersey to be held in the County Offices, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey on February 25, 2026 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said bond ordinance will be made available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners in the County Offices at 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey to any member of the general public who shall request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: BOND ORDINANCE NO. 2026-00040 OF THE COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, NEW JERSEY, PROVIDING FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND RENOVATIONS TO AND ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FOR ROWAN COLLEGE AT BURLINGTON COUNTY, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,692,000 THEREFOR, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $6,692,000 IN GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OR BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES OF THE COUNTY TO FINANCE THE SAME, MAKING CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS AND COVENANTS, AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN RELATED ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING.
