PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Pemberton Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, at a public hearing held on December 10, 2025, granted amended preliminary and final major site plan approval with bulk variance relief to Joseph and Monique Placek to construct a single-family dwelling, workshop and separate three (3)-sided storage shed at the property located at 324 & 326 Trenton Road, further identified as Block 527, Lots 4.02 and 5, on the Pemberton Township Tax Map (the "Site"). The above-referenced improvements are to be built upon Lot 5. The granted approval has specifically been amended to remove 332 Trenton Road, Block 527, Lot 3, from the site plan, as no development, improvements, or changes are now proposed for the parcel and to add 324 Trenton Road to the Application and to relocate the driveway connecting Lot 5 to Trenton Road from Lot 3 to Lot 4.02 (the "Application").
