Take notice that an application for authorizations under Freshwater Wetland General Permits 6, 6A, 7, 11, Transition Area Waivers, and a Flood Hazard Area Verification and Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit have been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection, for the development described below: APPLICANT NAME: WPTCA ACQ, LLC APPLICANT ADDRESS: 150 South Fifth Street, Suite 2675, Minneapolis, MN 55402 PROJECT NAME: Tradeport II Warehouse PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project consists of the construction of one (1) 180,000 SF warehouse building onsite along with additional site improvements including but not limited to parking, lighting, landscaping, roadways, and stormwater management. PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: 3301 US Route 206 BLOCKS/LOTS: Block 3, Lot 4; and Block 4, Lot 5 MUNICIPALITY: Mansfield Township COUNTY: Burlington County No further action is required.
