NOTICE OF DECISION CITY OF BURLINGTON LAND USE BOARD The following determination was made by the City of Burlington Land Use Board regarding the matter listed below: Request The applicant, Ratan Properties, LLC, proposed a 38-unit apartment building in the HC-2 Zone.
