RESOLUTION 2025-36 RESOLUTION SETTING DATES AND PLACES WHERE THE REGULAR AND WORKSHOP MEETINGS FOR THE FLORENCE TWP. FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR THE YEAR 2026 WILL BE HELD WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of New Jersey enacted into law the “Open Public Meeting Law”, P.L. 1975 c 231 (Sunshine Law) to take effect January 1, 1976, requiring all meetings of public bodies be at all times except under limited circumstances as specifically provided for therein; and WHEREAS, consistent with purpose and general requirements of the Sunshine Law, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Florence Twp. Fire District No. 1 now desires to give Annual Notice of the schedule of its regular and workshop meetings to be held during the upcoming year and take various other actions specifically required by law.
